Club Phoenix - New sex club behind Nodehill middle school?

It appears there has been a planning application made to Isle of Wight Council's licensing department for the former Royal British Legion, Orchard Street, Newport. to be turned into a strip club called Club Phoenix.
The club has been described as 'An adult venue offering a full range of entertainment from full nudity, pole dancing, drag acts and strip tease.'
