My friend is 18 and had sex with a 15 year old?
I don't agree with it either, so don't judge. I just need some advice. She lives in Texas he lives in CA. They have been together for a while, and the girl might be pregnant. He is scared that the girls mother might file charges against him, and send him to jail. If the girl says it was her choice and shes going to marry him will he still go to jail?
He feels really bad for what he did and is freaking out. I don't know what to do.
He did not rape her. She wanted to have sex with him.

It's statutory rape, whether she consented or not. In a lot of states, if they get parental permission to marry (and actually do), that's a defense.
